| Booking Conditions: |
| Bookings are accepted
on receipt of a signed booking form and a 30% non-returnable deposit.
The full balance of the booking fee must be received as cleared funds no less than 60 days before arrival + a refundable deposit of € 500 against breakages etc. |
| Inclusions: |

The booking fees include all taxes, with the exception of the local tourist tax which should be paid to our local representative prior to your departure. All linen and bedding is provided. We ask that you only provide your own towels for activities outside of the farmhouse, such as swimming etc. All electricity, oil, and wood for open fire is included. |
